Booking :
- A 35% deposit is required. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
- Prices do not include: taxes, service fees, and extra guest charges .
- Prices do not include fee of 2$ + tx per night per persons.
- For end of the year festivities a 3 nights minimum is required.

Cancellation:
- We keep deposit fee if booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before planned date.
- We keep 50% of the payment if booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before planned date.
- We keep whole payment if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before planned date.
- No refunding for late arrival or early departure.

Conditions of reservation and cancellation for special activities and packages are :

Conditions of reservation for special activities and packages (theatre, cruising, spa, Weekend, supper-lay down-lunch, bicycle, golf, etc...) :
- Clients must pay all special activities and packages fees by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) during reservation process.

Cancellation fees of reservation for special activities and packages :
- 100% of price
- A person exhange may be accepted in some cases.
- No refund for unused packages or early departures.


Credit card utilization
By authorizing the use of his number of credit card by "La maison du Lac", the consumer commits himself observing the conditions of reservation and cancellation even if he did not sign the adapted formula, a verbal authorization being sufficient to confirm the reservation.

At the request of "La maison du Lac", the consumer will have to stipulate in writing that he accepts that his credit card is used without his signature.
